Dalwhinnie 15 yr. Highlands-only distillery to use the water from Loch Doire Uaine
(Loch of the green thicket) at 2000 ft above sea level.
-Honey, cloves, slight peat and smoke, plums, elderflower, lime, honeysuckle & nectarine.
Highland Park 12 years-Orkney Islands, founded in 1798.
-Malt, cocoa, dried dark fruit, peat, peaches, apricot, char & hints of sherry.
Stranahan’s Single Malt -Colorado- making single malt since
-Cinnamon-butter, vanilla, chocolate, pear, cayenne, tobacco, oak & leather.
Cigar:
Buffalo Trace Toro (6.0”x52) – medium to full body
A smooth, cedary smoke with notes of leather and cashew. Followed by vanilla and subtle spice on the finish.
