Wicked Weed Brewery produces minimal intervention and naturally fermented beer.
Recipes are designed to amplify terroir and demonstrate the wonders of natural fermentation. Every sip of every pour spotlights the authentic results of sustainable fruit, native fermentation and exceptional technique. Head brew master, Jen Currier, will be joining us for this special evening. She is an expert in native fermentation techniques and has worked with native yeasts, wild fruits and barrels for many years. Jen is an inspiration and innovator in her field.
