Tournament Format
Each player will play 18 holes on Pinehurst No. 2 and Pinehurst No. 8. for the 36-hole, Team Stroke Play Tournament (2 Best Ball of 4). Net and Gross Divisions. Teams are comprised of four players. Each player on a team will play his or her own golf ball until holed.

The aggregate of the lowest two Net scores of the team will serve as the score for that hole for the Net Division. The aggregate of the lowest two gross scores of the team will serve as the score for that hole for the Gross Division. This process will be continued for the entire round.

Ladies play from Red, Men play from White, and Seniors (65+) play from Green. Players will receive 80% of their course handicap, calculated based on their current GHIN.*

*Established USGA handicap or verified handicap average required.

In order to improve on the pace of play, we are asking players that are “out of the hole” for tournament scoring purposes to pick-up at double par or if their playing partners have already obtained the two scores for the team on a particular hole.

Prizes
Team Trophies will be presented to the top two scoring Partner Teams for the Net and Gross Divisions. Proximity Prizes will be awarded for Closest-to-the-Hole on all Par 3s during the tournament rounds.

Additional Golf
Additional rounds may be booked by calling 1-800-487-4653 and selecting Option 1 for “Conference Reservations.”
*Tee time availability for additional rounds may be limited if not booked in advance.

Caddies
Walking caddies are included for each foursome on No. 2, and forecaddies on No. 8. Caddie gratuity will be the responsibility of the individual players. Pinehurst recommends a minimum of $60 per player for a walking caddie and $35 per player for a forecaddie.

Golf Bags/Club Storage
Upon check-in, you will receive a bag tag that should be attached to your bag for club storage. The clubs will be staged near the main scoreboard at the clubhouse Monday morning prior to the shotgun start. If you decide to keep your clubs with you, please drop them at the bag drop area in front of the clubhouse the day of play. We are pleased to provide state-of-the-art Titleist golf clubs for a daily rental fee if you do not bring you own equipment.
