This Month we are featuring Cask Finished Whiskies –

• Burning Chair Bourbon – Finished in  Cabernet Barrels used by Dave Phinney of Orin Swift
• Amador Whiskey Co. – Double Barrel Finished with Chardonnay Barrels used by Napa Cellars Winery
• Glenmorangie ‘Nector D’Or’ 12yr – Aged in Ex-Bourbon Barrels and Finished in Sauternes Barrels

The layers on these whiskies should pair nicely with Carolee’s cigar pairing.
