If you are a resort guest, dial extension 58320 to make an appointment at our award-winning Spa. Non-resort guests, please call (855) 235-8507. Your room number or credit card number is required at the time of booking. To explore services and treatments, click here.
A 20% service charge will be added to your bill to compensate your Spa professional. A small portion of this service charge is retained by the Resort as an administration fee. You may add additional gratuity at your discretion. All prices and services are subject to change without notice. -

When should I arrive for my appointment?
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation, we suggest arriving 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment. This will allow time to relax and rewind before your therapy begins.

What is the cancellation policy?
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will be charged in full. A Pinehurst guest room number or credit card number is required at the time of booking.

What if I am late for my appointment?
In order to provide the best experience for our guests, we strive to begin and end each treatment on time. Should you arrive late for your appointment, the time of your service will be reduced and the charge for your service will remain the same. If possible, please call the spa to inform us of your anticipated late arrival.

What should I wear during my treatment?
Please wear whatever is comfortable for you. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on. Robes and slippers are provided. Lockers are available for your personal items. Private lounge areas are clothing optional, but swimsuits/clothing are required for coed lounge area.

May I use my phone or electronic devices at the Spa?
To help facilitate a tranquil environment and protect our guests’ privacy, we ask that you leave all electronic devices in your locker upon arrival. Cell phones and other electronic devices are not permitted in the treatment rooms or wet areas, including saunas, steam rooms, whirlpools and coed pool area. Photography in all tranquil areas is not permitted.

Should I shave before an appointment?
Please do not shave the day of treatment.

May I have access to the Spa if I don't have a scheduled treatment?
Friday through Saturday, access to the spa is reserved for guests with a scheduled appointment). Sunday through Thursday, guests who do not have a treatment scheduled can inquire about purchasing a Tranquility Pass for $50. This all-day pass provides access to the wet areas of the spa. Passes are sold the day of use and may be purchased at the Spa after 8 a.m.

What if I have special health considerations?
At the time of booking your treatment, please let us know if you have high blood pressure, allergies, other physical ailments or disabilities or if you are pregnant. If at any time during your service you experience discomfort, please alert your spa professional immediately.

What if I am pregnant?
Some services should be avoided during pregnancy, but there are many others that are beneficial, such as our Maternity Massage (post first trimester). Please let us know at the time of reservation if you are pregnant so that we may provide the best spa experience.

Is there a minimum age for treatments?
The Spa and Spa Facilities are for the use and enjoyment of adults. We welcome Salon guests for nail services ages 12 and above. All other Spa services and Spa Facilities are reserved for guests ages 18 and older. Please be prepared to present ID upon request.

What is the proper etiquette for the Spa?
We strive to provide the most tranquil and enjoyable experience for all of our spa guests. In an effort to maintain a relaxing and safe spa atmosphere for all, please be mindful of voice volume at all times within the spa, as this is a shared experience for other guests. For safety concerns, please do not bring glassware or sharp objects into the spa tranquil areas. This includes but is not limited to glass bottles, containers, glasses, and razors.
